Umberto Diecinove ha sido seleccionado como finalista del IRINOX Save The Food Award 2026 con su proyecto I N S C T S, cuyo eje temático, “Feeding the Image”, propone una reflexión contemporánea sobre alimentación, sostenibilidad y representación visual. Comisariado por Claudio Composti, el premio reconoce propuestas que exploran el vínculo entre imagen y cultura alimentaria desde una perspectiva crítica y conceptual. En este contexto, algunas imágenes de I N S C T S serán exhibidas en Milán con motivo de la MIA Photo Fair, la International Photography Art Fair in Italy, uno de los principales encuentros dedicados a la fotografía contemporánea. Esta selección consolida la proyección internacional del proyecto y reafirma la solidez investigativa y estética del trabajo de Diecinove.
Umberto Diecinove has been selected as a finalist for the IRINOX Save The Food Award 2026 with his project I N S C T S, developed under the theme “Feeding the Image.” Curated by Claudio Composti, the award highlights contemporary artistic practices that critically explore the relationship between food, sustainability, and visual culture. Within this framework, selected images from I N S C T S will be exhibited in Milan during MIA Photo Fair, the International Photography Art Fair in Italy, one of the leading events dedicated to contemporary photography. This recognition strengthens the project’s international visibility and reaffirms the conceptual depth and aesthetic rigor that characterize Diecinove’s artistic research and ongoing practice.
